  • Eligibility. The Site is intended for business users age 18+ acting in a professional capacity; it is not directed to consumers or plan participants.
  • The Site is informational. Content on the Site (including any benchmarks, statistics, or descriptions) is provided for general information about Plan Vector, is drawn from or describes public Form 5500 data, and is not investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice, and not a quote. Access to the Service itself requires a subscription and identity-verified sign-in.
  • Intellectual property. The Site and its content, marks, and design are owned by ThinkNirvana LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or make derivative use of the Site except for ordinary viewing. Automated access, scraping, or data harvesting of the Site is prohibited.
  • Prohibited uses. No unlawful, infringing, or harmful use; no attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Site's security; no use for benchmarking or competitive analysis; competitors and comparable-service providers may not use the Site to evaluate or replicate the Service (see the subscription Terms §2.2).
  • Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
  • Disclaimer; limitation. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkNirvana LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
